Reyes Gamino is the founder of Excell Electric, whom leads the team by exemplifying all characteristics that define a leader. Those characteristics are and not limited to: Integrity, delegation, effective communication, self-awareness, gratitude, influence, courage, and respect. It is these values that have been utilized in the cultivation of a successful company. Mr. Gamino is a goal setter and achiever, that now demonstrates anything is possible when you set your mind to accomplish your dreams. His goal always being to serve others, improve places, and provide a career to many. To conclude, Mr. Gamino is well-known here in the DFW metroplex and has the team you need to fulfill your electrical needs!

Rey has fourteen years of experience in the electrical industry. He is responsible for upholding profitability and the values of Excell Electric by leading business operations. His duties include consulting with senior leadership personnel to determine business goals or initiatives, visiting with Directors or Department Managers to relay information about company needs and reviewing operational data to make inferences about Excell Electric's organizational success. His expertise includes:

Ryan Gamino – VP Estimator of Special Projects

Master Electrician

Ryan Gamino is an individual that aspires to be the best and wants to improve everything that he is involved or invested in. This being said, we are proud to say that Ryan dedicated his teenage year summers, after school free time, and any spare time he had, to Excell Electric. Little did we know that all along, Ryan had a plan. At the age of 18, Ryan joined the Marine Corps., served his country, obtained many skills, and came back to Excell Electric, with a mission. He has brought and implemented: structure to the company, motivation to others, teaches technical skills, enforces ethics, demonstrates leadership, and is admired for his adaptability/flexibility. Lastly, Ryan worked his way up from an apprentice electrician, to a journeyman, and ended with his masters. As a master electrician now, Ryan leads the estimators and has helped Excell Electric in many ways.

Christopher Gamino is currently the youngest Gamino at Excell, and is utilizing his learning agility to move forward with the company. Immediately out of high school, Christopher had many decisions to choose from. Universities were seeking him left and right, yet he decided to follow his father’s footsteps and go to the school known as Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) of Dallas. Now, an alumni from there, he managed to work his way from an apprentice to journeyman in the field, to now an estimator in the office. Luckily, Christopher knows that he will not be complacent, and because of his dedication and hard work, he has successfully obtained his Master’s Electrician License.

Richard has been in the electrical industry since 1999, and has been working alongside his brother Reyes since the company started. Richard Gamino has an Associate’s Degree in Business, and graduated from Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) of Dallas. With his education and experience, Richard has been able to successfully work his way from a foreman in the field, to a specialized estimator.

Austin Adams 

Estimator for Tenant Finish Out & High Rise Office Needs

Austin has seven years of experience in the electrical industry, and like everyone else, learned that education is important. After a short time of being hired only as a helper around the shop, Austin took the opportunity to become the company’s dispatcher. As a dispatcher, Austin utilized his free time to enroll in school and see how he could move up in the company. Surprisingly, it did not take long before Austin graduated from Richland College with an Associate’s and promoted to being an Estimator. With his mind set on becoming better everyday at his new position, Austin is now in charge of taking on Estimates for many General Contractors!
